As part of the Lao Cai Provincial Investment Promotion Conference 2026, on the morning of July 16, the Lao Cai Provincial People’s Committee, in coordination with EuP Group, held the groundbreaking ceremony for the Phu Thinh 3 Industrial Cluster in Van Phu Ward.
The ceremony was attended by Mr. Nguyen Tuan Anh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee; Mr. Phan Trung Ba, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee; and leaders of provincial departments, agencies, and sectors. Representing EuP Group were Mr. Hoang Quoc Huy, Chairman of the Board of Directors of EuP Group, along with Mr. Nguyen Duc Vu, Mr. Vu Duc Hau, and Mr. Huynh Song Tra, Vice Chairmen of EuP Group.
The Phu Thinh 3 Industrial Cluster project covers an area of 75 hectares across Van Phu Ward and Yen Binh Commune. With total investment capital of up to VND 550.3 billion, the project is directly developed by EuP Industry Joint Stock Company. It primarily aims to attract high-tech industries, building-material manufacturing, agricultural, forestry, and food processing. The project also focuses on furniture manufacturing, supporting industries, mechanical engineering, and electronics, supporting the local strategy for sustainable green industrial development while increasing economic value for the locality.
On this occasion, EuP Group also donated a total of VND 200 million to support social welfare initiatives in Yen Binh Commune and Van Phu Ward.
